 i been hallucinating recently.  I got Tesla cars and my mom’s camry, mom’s honda, dumpster truck, and gold truck to fix my vaccum cleaner.  i also had them follow me on Monday because cars were bored and had nothing to do.  I found a picture of similar vacuum.

I told therapist I washed Totodile plush (yes, he is pictured below) I'm blunt I am more negative  Pokemon is a franchise and has video games TV show Movies Trading cards Merchandise like plush I had 3 therapists so far (GI and family medicine been more consistent) I felt like it was a me problem because they quit on me I told psychiatrist I felt like I wanted people to like me depression was listed when medicaid reviewing medicines

 I have a vomit problem.  In 2020 and 2021, I was vomitting a whole ton.  I told GI medicine my vomit problem is not a GI medicine problem because GI medicine found nothing wrong on the imaging besides, my heart rate was above 100 beats per minute starting in 2020 until sometime this year (2024) I had increasing anxiety which my prozac was not helping medicaid's pharmacist told me twice about serotonin syndrome which my psychiatrist wasn't worried about  GI medicine agreed to let me take lower dose of nortriptyline (10 mg) for a week and then stop taking nortriptyline (my vomit medicine).  I suggested she and I try hydroxyzine which my psychiatrist had prescribed. Her son was younger than me and had the same plush of Totodile.  Totodile was pictured below.  She didn't find Totodile scary unlike my therapist who initially found him scary because of his teeth,
